Daily Data Transfer Allowance (Also known as the HughesNet Fair Access Policy or "FAP") - Limits the total high-speed transfer amount per day. When the FAP is exceeded, overall speed may be reduced for 24 hours
Term of Service - All HughesNet Service Plans require a 24-month contract
Vacation Holds - HughesNet allows vacation holds for up to six months per year in two-month increments. The 24-month contract expiration date will be extended by the amount of the vacation hold.
Account Setup - All Accounts for equipment outside the US require a one-time $100 activation fee.
